There is an Indian Restuarant in my area which is incredibly crowded eveyday and I have always wondered why. We never tried it for some reason. So today morning after ‘much debate’ (about hygeine) we thought of giving it a try. As I said the cooks were “VERY clean” (which is usually the case of every parota restaurant). Since Idli is the only item that is not touched with hands during the cooking process, I opted for Idli. A plate consists 3 (big) Idli’s and costs a mere 300fills, unfortunately the hot sambar is packed in plastic bag which we did not eat.

Just in case if you are wondering why I am writing this post, think of it from a taxi drivers perspective. I sure Hope my stomach is in agreement.
